It is about time that I update this blog
Where do I begin. I went for my appointment with the pre-diabetic clinic. They took all kinds of bloodwork and we had a three hour meeting, going over all kinds of info about Type 2 Diabetes. They also took my blood pressure and told me that it is much too high, so I had to go and see the doctor again, and now they want to look into doing more tests for my liver.
The doc says that the high blood pressure could be a result of all the medication that I am taking, but, they still want to check a few things.
I am beginning to feel like a pin cushion....
We will be going to NB ( weather permitting) for the corn boil. We all got together at Dave and Paula's for supper on Sunday, so this week is my turn. We have decided to all take turns making supper. This way, we get to be together on Sunday and we only cook once a month or so. Melanie, if you read this, supper is at my place, Sunday, at 5 pm. We are having Lasagna, Ceasar Salad, and Garlic Bread with Cheese. Let me know if you, Jimmy and Jacob are able to join us.
I have a few pics that I will post to show you how Josh has grown. He is such a cutie.
I have decided that I am going to semi-retire this month. As of September 15th, I will no longer be working in the afternoons with Monica. I will still continue to work mornings. I find that my back gets very painful whenever I do any amount of typing, therefore, I have decided to cut down on the workload and take care of my back.

I have decided that I want to accomplish 50 things before I am 50, therefore, I have begun working on my list of 50 items. One of them is going to be to do a 5 KM run. I will post my list once I have it finished.
