What a great birthday gift
Yes, it was a great birthday gift. Ultrasound pics of my grandson. It doesn't get much better than that. I would have been just as happy with another grand daughter, however, I think it was time that I had a little grandson. I want to start buying blue.
On another note, we had Henry, April, the girls and Mom visit last weekend. It was nice to see them and I had lots of fun with Maddy. She helped Derek fix the refrigerator. And a big help she was.
Monica, JJ and the children (I guess I will have to get use to not saying the girls, cause there is a boy there too, hehehe) as well as Amy and Mitch also came over for Turkey and Ham dinner on Sunday. It was nice to be able to get together. Melanie and Jimmy were invited but were not able to make it. Hopefully they will be able to come to the next get together.
I have had Joeye for an hour here and there while Monica and JJ were busy with house things. I always have so much fun with my little Dancing Clown.
Jennifer and Andrea both had birthdays in January. Andrea's friends used our home to have a surprise Birthday Party for Andrea. She was really surprised. Andrea has also started working part-time. She now works at MacDonalds. This is her first job and I hope that she does well.
I have completed the 2007 Budget and the Audit is on Monday or Tuesday. Once they are completed, my work week should not be so busy. I am also working on a Fire Inspection Plan. I have more than half of it completed, and I hope to have it done by the weekend. It is approximately 50 pages, so there is a lot of typing and research that goes into making this Plan. We need to have one in order to pass our fire inspection here at Veith House. I don't know why there was never one before, but, now that we know there was none, I have to make one. The fire inspector was very nice and he gave me an inspection guideline that I could use as a model, so that has made it a little easier for me.
I dont think there is much more happening right now, except that Derek is gone a lot for work, but he tries to be home on weekends.
This Saturday we will be going to Lunenburg with Kelsey as she has a wrestling tournament. This will be very interesting to see, Derek and I are really looking forward to it. I will let everyone know how it was and post pictures when we return. Hope everyone has a great weekend.
